Brooklyn-based MCs/ruffians Ninjasonik are set to re-release their No Swords or Masks EP on March 6 via Decon Records. Production and features range from Daniel Merriweather, Shyvonne & Johnny on The Rocks (of Rocky Business) to David Sisko, Soundwaave, and Plain Pat. No Swords or Masks will serve as the precursor to the coming full length, Peter Pan Syndrome on Decon, slated for Spring/Summer 2012.

Enchanted love…gone wrong. Hartly gives us a narrative of love degraded by insecurity, unfaithfulness and emotional detachment, playing off of the concept “date with death.” I love when video treatments have real plots–you know not just a guy rolling down the street in a nice car he doesn’t own mouthing the words. But I digress.

To celebrate the life of Keith Haring, I decided to create a free flowing moment in art. With the assistance of Jake Bouvy, we create a piece of art that tells a detailed story of the time period MauSe lived in over NaS’s classic NY State Of Mind Part 2 Instrumental.
